Questions
What’s in the DIY kit?
A pre-drilled board (24 × 36 in or 16 × 20 in, depending on the piece), labeled tees, a step-by-step guide and hanging hardware.
What sizes are there?
Two: 24 × 36 in and 16 × 20 in. Each piece comes in one of them, shown on its card and its page, and both are about 1 in deep. The DIY Kits page can show just one size.
How long does it take to build?
An evening or two. Each piece takes about 450 to 2,200 tees, so allow about 45 minutes to 6 hours, depending on the piece. Each kit page gives its own estimate.
What’s the difference between the DIY kit and built for you?
The DIY kit is $179 for a 24 × 36 in piece, or $99 for 16 × 20 in, and you build it yourself. Built for you is $349, or $199: the same piece, built by hand and ready to hang when it arrives. All ship free in the US.
Is it a good gift for someone who doesn’t build things?
That’s what built for you is for: the same piece, finished and ready to hang.
When can I order?
Pre-orders aren’t open yet. Press Pre-order on the piece you like and leave your email, and I’ll hold your spot: you’ll hear first when they open. No payment is taken.
How does it hang?
It comes with hanging hardware. Each piece hangs wide or tall, as its page shows. It’s about 1 in deep, so it sits close to the wall.
What are the tees?
Real wooden golf tees, colored from top to tip, not just on the head.
Can you make something custom?
Yes: any hole on any course, or anything else you’d like. Tell me about it on the Commissions page, and I’ll reply with a price.
Is this affiliated with the courses?
No. Drew Hands is independent. Each kit is original artwork, and isn’t affiliated with, licensed, sponsored or endorsed by any golf course, club, tour or tournament. Course names only identify the hole shown.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not yet. Shipping is free within the US.
